For us, this recognition validates that modern minimalism does not have to be cold; we prioritize warmth, livability, and human-centric spatial planning in every build. ### Our Approach to Recognised Design We view these features not merely as accolades, but as benchmarks of our commitment to our core philosophy: 'Designed with care. Built for life.' They reflect our dedication to creating structures that hold a meaningful dialogue with their context. ### Notable Projects * **Patel’s Residence:** Featured on Designboom, this project demonstrates our handling of jagged planes in steel and concrete. We balanced raw, industrial materials with soft, interior light to create a residence that feels grounded yet dynamic. * **Jindal’s Residence:** Highlighted in Dwell and Archinect, this estate in Sonipat was a lesson in transforming a modular, prefabricated starting point into a custom luxury residence. By layering architectural volumes, we established a contemporary identity that respects the surrounding township masterplan. ### The Process Behind the Page Whether it is parametric geometry or sustainable passive cooling, every project undergoes the same rigor. We coordinate every detail—from the structural grid plans to the final bill of quantities—to ensure the vision published in a magazine is the exact home our clients experience every day. Our goal is to ensure that the aesthetics celebrated by critics are the same elements that bring comfort to your family life. ## About Smart Arch Studio We are Anupam and Diana. We founded SAS Architects to prove that a home should have a soul, not just walls. Seeing our work published is an honor, but the real reward is knowing that the families living in these spaces feel a true, lasting connection to their homes.
