## About Global Tapas & Small Plates

My tapas aren't about dainty portions, they're about bold flavour. Drop by during Apero Hour from 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, to grab the chorizo-stuffed dates or crispy calamari without the full-dinner commitment. It's the perfect way to test my kitchen's game before you decide if you're staying for a heavier main.

I believe if you aren't sharing, you aren't really eating. My small plates menu is a map of my travels, gathered from hidden corners of Europe and brought right here to your table. Whether you're in Khan Market, Indiranagar, or Dehradun, the vibe stays the same—vintage, slightly rebellious, and always delicious.

Start with the trio of signature bruschetta, topped with everything from smoked chicken to salmon and capers. If you’re feeling the seaside pull, the crispy calamari is a non-negotiable—fresh, seasoned right, and served with a tangy dip that cuts through the richness. We don't do 'light bites' for the sake of it; we do plates that hold their own against my signature cocktails. From the beetroot and feta salad to those bacon-wrapped dates that people keep trying to bribe me for, every dish is designed to be eaten with your hands, paired with a drink, and shared with whoever you're currently causing trouble with. Come hungry, leave with stories.
