We are the ones cheering for you during that last rep, and our 'Hot Takes' series—where we spill on everything from reformer vs. mat to the best post-class mood—is exactly the vibe you can expect from us every single day. At Slay Pilates, we don’t believe in gatekeeping. That is why we started our 'Hot Takes' series. It is our way of showing you the real, unpolished side of Pilates. You will find Sheena Rathi, our founder, leading the charge on everything from reformer adjustments to the best post-workout iced Americano. We are not your typical sterile fitness studio. The vibe here is intentional, from the chandeliers to the pink neon signs that say 'Pilates is my therapy.' When you join a class, you are not just a number on a waitlist.
