We focus on the kinetic chain, teaching you how to use your body effectively to generate power while minimizing injury risks. Every session with our AITA-certified coaches involves immediate video feedback and tactical drills that force you to think about where to place the ball rather than just swinging blindly. ### The Technical Edge Tennis is a game of physics and repetition. Our head coaches, Gaurav Bhatia and Raquib Manazir, bring their experience as former national-level players to every session. We strip back your swing to its fundamentals, working on grips, footwork, and follow-through to build a foundation that holds up under match pressure. Whether you are at our Dhaula Kuan courts in Delhi or our Noida Sector 75 and 163 locations, the training remains consistent. ### The Mental Game Technical skill is only half the battle. If you cannot maintain focus when the score is tight, the technique fails. We integrate match simulations and tactical positioning into daily drills. We teach you how to read an opponent, control the tempo of the rally, and reset your mindset between points. This is not just physical training. It is about building a champion mindset that survives the grind. ### Small Batches, Big Results We cap our group sessions at a 1:4 student-to-coach ratio. This ensures you are not just a face in the crowd. Our coaches see your errors as they happen, providing corrections that save you weeks of building bad habits. We use pressurized balls and modern aids like the Slinger Bag to keep intensity high. If you are serious about leveling up, this is where you put in the work. ## About SlamQuest We are not just coaches. We are a family of tennis paglus who love the grind. Gaurav and Raquib lead this academy because they want to share their passion with you, whether you are picking up a racket for the first time or training for a national title.
