### Intimate Room Decor Setup: 150+ Balloons, Net Canopy & Fairy Lights

A 1.5 to 2 hour home setup with 150 to 200 glossy latex balloons, a net or georgette canopy, foil letter signage and fairy lights. Delivery, setup and cleanup included.

Typically ₹2,000-5,000 Per Setup (estimate)

#### Core Decor Elements
* 150 to 200 standard glossy latex balloons arranged on the floor, ceiling, or in a basic half-arch.
* Foil balloon letter signage for messages like "HAPPY BDAY" or "I LOVE YOU".
* Bed or room canopy setup using net or georgette fabric.
* Reusable artificial rose petals or flower bunches tied to the draping.

#### Lighting & Logistics
* Serial fairy lights woven into the canopy fabric or hung on walls.
* 1.5 to 2 hours of on-site installation by a 1 to 2 person crew.
* Use of masking tape or removable hooks for wall and ceiling attachments.
* Delivery, setup and cleanup included.
* We bring our own props and reusable materials, set them up and take them back after the event.

#### Important Considerations
* Balloon only setups start at ₹2,000. With a canopy and fairy lights it comes to around ₹5,000.
* Balloons used are standard glossy latex, not premium matte.
* Customization is limited to basic color themes like red and white or purple.
* Damage-free decoration is available on request. This is not a promise that every setup is damage-free.

#### GST and Date Changes
* No GST is added to quoted prices.
* If the customer moves the event date and Naseer is free, it moves with no penalty.
* If Naseer is not free on the new date, the event cannot move.

### Real Flower Decoration: Fresh Marigold, Jasmine & Rose Work

Fresh-flower decor for Haldi, pooja, cradle ceremonies, naming functions and wedding stages. Priced by flower quantity, starting basic and scaling to full floral walls.

Typically ₹7-30K Per Setup (estimate)

#### What We Build With Fresh Flowers
* Marigold entrance walkways and garland curtains, the standard for Haldi and griha pravesh.
* Full flower walls and stage backdrops in dense carnations and roses, as done for Ganapati setups.
* Banana leaf and marigold traditional backdrops for baby showers and pooja functions.
* Floral cradle decoration and circular flower arches for naming and cradle ceremonies.
* Jasmine and rose detailing on drapes, entrance gates and seating areas.

#### How Pricing Works
* Basic fresh-flower setup starts at ₹7,000 to ₹8,000.
* A full four post home pooja mandap covered all over in roses, carnations and chrysanthemums, with grass panel, fairy lights and umbrella over the idol, comes around ₹15,000.
* An artificial-flower version of a similar look starts lower, from ₹5,000.
* Grand setups with heavy draping and full floral walls go to ₹16,000 to ₹20,000, and larger builds beyond that.
* Fresh flower rates go up around festival and peak wedding dates.

#### Good To Know
* All props, frames and drapes are our own, stored in our own godown, so nothing is sourced from outside vendors.
* Fresh flowers are bought close to the event and set up on the morning of the function.
* Mixed setups combining real flowers for traditional elements with artificial florals elsewhere are common and keep costs down.

### Themed Banquet Setup: 8x8 ft Backdrop, 300+ Balloons & Character Props

A complete themed setup with an 8x8 ft printed backdrop, 300+ balloons, character cutouts and cake plinths. Higher up this range we also do hall decoration, entrance welcome board, twin arches and light-up name letters.

Typically ₹8-13K Per Setup (estimate)

#### Stage & Backdrop
* Choice of an 8x8 ft to 10x8 ft custom printed flex banner, circular metal ring frame, or sequin shimmer wall.
* Artificial green grass carpet or white vinyl matting for the stage floor.
* 3 to 4 cylindrical cake display plinths wrapped to match the chosen theme.

#### Balloon Artistry & Props
* Dense half-arch or L-shape balloon garlands framing the backdrop using 300+ standard latex, metallic, and themed foil balloons.
* 3 to 5 themed sunboard character cutouts placed around the stage area.
* Generic LED spotlights to illuminate the stage and a standard neon sign.

#### Setup & Execution Details
* Full delivery and 3 to 4 hours of on-site installation by a 3-person crew, plus post-event dismantling.
* At around ₹10,000 this covers the themed backdrop and balloon work plus hall decoration and an entrance welcome board.
* Around ₹13,000 we do a bigger version: two arched backdrops together, metallic and chrome balloon garland over both, light-up marquee letters with the birthday child's name, extra theme props like a castle or rainbow cutout, birdcage and suitcase props, and 3 height cake and dessert plinths.
* Printed backdrops use flex material which may show minor creases under bright banquet lights.
* Uses factory standard balloons for pastel colors rather than custom double-stuffed opaque balloons.
* Our own props like plinths and neon signs may show minor wear up close. We bring them, set them up and take them back after the event.

### Large Stage Installation: Truss Backdrop, Heavy Draping & Floral Walls

A heavy duty 10x15 ft metal truss stage setup featuring multi-layered fabric draping, dense artificial floral panels, our own premium stage seating, and comprehensive stage lighting.

Typically ₹16-40K Per Setup (estimate)

#### Structure & Draping
* Large 10x15 ft or bigger custom built backdrop using heavy duty metal trussing.
* Multi-layered heavy fabric draping tailored to the event, such as traditional yellow and pink for Haldi or elegant white for weddings.
* Our own premium stage furniture including an ornate sofa or diwan for the guests of honor. We bring it, set it up and take it back after the event.

#### Floral Decor & Props
* Dense top borders, side pillars, or full flower walls constructed primarily with high-density artificial silk mats.
* Real flowers used specifically for traditional elements, like marigold strings for Haldi ceremonies.
* Real-flower work is sold separately through Real Flower Decoration, starting at ₹7,000 for a basic setup.
* Premium props including large illuminated marquee letters and decorative cages.

#### Lighting & Logistics
* Comprehensive ambiance lighting with multiple LED par cans for stage wash, spotlights, and heavy serial lights.
* Pre-event site visit if required to assess the venue. Site visits are generally not charged, but this is not a firm free-visit promise.
* 4 to 6 hours of setup by a crew of 4 or more members, plus complete dismantling.
* Around ₹20,000 we do a full reception stage: white drape wall with fairy light curtains, flower border across the full width, big round flower arch, name letters on the drape, hoop flower arrangements, two tall flower stands and the ornate sofa.
* Cables and supports are securely hidden behind the heavy draping for a clean finish.

## About Event & Party Decoration

We love making your parties look just how you imagine. At Sky7 Events, I listen to your ideas and turn them into real decorations, whether you want something simple or totally filmy. My work is all about what you want, not what's trending.

### Themes We Do Most

- Kids' parties are always fun - Cocomelon, Jungle, Superheroes, Princess, Peppa Pig, Little Krishna, you name it.
- For a more grown-up vibe, we do Butterfly, Hot Air Balloon, and floral themes.
- If you want something different, just ask. I'm always up for new ideas.

### Events We Cover

- Birthdays (1st, 5th, 10th are big hits)
- Baby showers, gender reveals, naming ceremonies (like Annaprashan, Aqiqah)
- Wedding events (Haldi, Reception)
- House warming (griha pravesh) and festival decor
- Anniversaries, romantic room setups, and inaugurations

### How We Decorate

- Balloon arch decoration for birthdays and other events is our main thing. Big, colorful, and always matching your theme.
- Custom theme party backdrop with your name, shimmer walls, or even grass and fabric drapes.
- Neon signs, fairy lights, and big light-up letters to make the place pop.
- Real flower work also - marigold for Haldi, flower walls for Ganapati, classic baby shower setups.

### Good To Know

- Everything is our own material, own godown in Wilson Garden. Bahar se kuch nahi mangate (we don't get anything from outside).
- Rate is same all over Bangalore, no extra charge for far areas. Mysore aur Nelamangala bhi karte hain, ₹3,000 transport charge extra.
- Balloon only setup ₹2,000 se start hota hai (starts from ₹2,000). Decoration only - venue, catering, photography hum nahi karte (we don't do those).
- Same day booking bhi ho jayega if you are in a hurry.
- We talk Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, thoda English also.

You tell me your theme, I'll handle the rest. No stress, just good vibes and honest work.
