It is because yoga requires constant evolution to remain safe and effective in today's high-stress environment. My publications, such as *Yog Adhyapan Paddhati*, exist to provide a researched, standardized foundation for students who want to teach with authority, not just enthusiasm. ### Bridging Tradition and Modern Science Yoga is often reduced to physical exercise, but I believe it is a science of breath and anatomy that demands academic rigor. My work, whether it is receiving the Yog Ratna award or speaking at international seminars on Holistic Health, is aimed at one thing: re-establishing yoga as a serious, evidence-based discipline. ### Why My Publications Matter When you see books like *The Concept of Marma in Ayurveda* or *Yog Adhyapan Paddhati* (Teaching Methods of Yoga), you are looking at the culmination of years of practice and research. These are not written to fill shelves. They are guidebooks for students who want to understand the 'why' behind the movement. If you train with me, you are learning from a curriculum that is actively peer-reviewed and discussed at national platforms and research foundations. ### The 'Yogya Acharya' Standard I often speak against the superficial training common today. My participation in national seminars on Indian Knowledge Tradition isn't about collecting accolades; it is about ensuring that my students at SKM Yoga are taught a version of yoga that is relevant, safe, and scientifically sound. I do not teach you to repeat ancient scripts without context. I teach you how to adapt these practices for a modern world where students have different physical constraints and health challenges than they did in the past. ### Academic and Professional Recognition My involvement with foundations like the Yog Sports Foundation and the Nisha Joshi Yoga Academy allows me to keep our training standards high. When we offer certifications, they are backed by this network of research and practical experience. If you are looking for a teacher who values the science of yoga as much as the spiritual, this is the environment you are looking for. ## About SKM Yoga I am not just a teacher; I am an Acharya who bridges ancient wisdom with today's science. My mission is to ensure you understand the 'why' behind the breath, not just the how.
