We use 3D anatomy models and involve guest experts to break down the physiology of pranayama and health. You will not just hear slogans here; you will receive technical notes, evidence-based training, and the chance to engage directly with the instructor rather than just watching a pre-recorded video. Our community is built on the concept of a modern gurukul.
