By working in these tight-knit groups, I ensure that every child gets the right amount of attention to master our obstacle courses or solve a cognitive puzzle, leaving them with a sense of achievement rather than just exhaustion. I have always felt that learning should not be confined to a desk. Whether it is navigating an obstacle course in my Punjabi Bagh studio or matching colors in a sorting game at our Kirti Nagar location, every activity is designed to build gross motor skills, patience, and concentration. ### How we build active minds When I design these sessions, I am looking at the whole child. We are not just running around. We use hula hoops, balance beams, and cones to teach spatial awareness and physical coordination. The cognitive side is just as important, which is why I incorporate sequencing games and shape matching tasks that require focus and problem solving. ### The practical details My programs are structured for consistency. We meet twice a week for 60 minute sessions. It is the perfect balance for busy families in Delhi who want their kids to stay active without adding another stressful commitment to their day. All sessions take place in air conditioned, child safe spaces with foam flooring, so you never have to worry about bumps or bruises.
