Our Olympian mentorship focuses on the critical in-between moments of a match, like reading opponents, managing nerves, and executing high-pressure strategies. You will be working directly with coaches who have been on the podium at the Commonwealth Games, getting the exact same tactical feedback used to prepare our players for the World Youth Championships. When you train at the elite level, technique is only half the battle. The difference between a tournament win and an early exit often comes down to your ability to read the game under pressure. Our mentorship program is designed to bridge that gap. ### The Olympian Edge Led by Olympian and Commonwealth medalist Minhyung Jee, our mentorship goes beyond drills. You get direct access to the tactical wisdom that only comes from competing on the world stage. Whether it is adjusting your blade angle for a specific spin, adapting your footwork to an opponent's rhythm, or managing the psychological fatigue of a long tournament day, you are receiving insights from someone who has been exactly where you want to be. ### How We Mentorship Our approach is grounded in the same methodologies used for international competition: * **Tactical Simulation:** We recreate tournament-like environments, forcing you to make decisions under real-time pressure. * **Technical Refinement:** Head Coach Anshuman Roy works with you on fine-tuning your strokes, ensuring that every movement is efficient and purposeful. * **Mental Toughness:** We address the 'winning mindset,' teaching you how to stay composed when you are down on points and aggressive when you are ahead. * **Strategic Periodization:** We help you map out your training to peak for specific national and international ranking tournaments. This is not about generic coaching. It is about building a professional ecosystem in Bengaluru where players have the guidance, resources, and mental fortitude to represent India. If you are hungry for national or international glory, we provide the path to get there. ## About UTT-Skies At UTT-Skies, we are obsessed with building champions.
