My journey started in my gaon (village), copying drawings from old books, and that art ka keeda (passion for art) is very much alive. I picked up painting properly in 2019, and honestly, I’m still figuring stuff out with each new canvas. ### What I Make - Realistic people portraits (real faces, not cartoonish) - you send me a photo, and I try to catch that spark in their eyes - Pet painting from photo - because our dogs and cats are as much family as anyone - Handmade landscape art - forests, sunsets, even that mountain view from your last trip - Custom still life artwork - things like a glass, a diya, or even a Ganesha idol, painted with care ### My Way of Working You share an idea or a reference pic. I use acrylics mostly, sometimes pen and pencil for detailed stuff. Canvas, paper, wooden sheets - whatever suits your vibe. I won't say I'm a master, but I put my heart in every piece and I don't rush the process. If you want something simple or something a bit hatke (offbeat), just let me know. No big promises, just honest artwork that means something to you. ## Highlights Browse through SKD's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/skdtoons/custom-paintings-portraits/featured) - [Video: Watch how I bring a photograph to life. Bacchon ki tarah hi, second-hand books se padhte hue, jab illustrations phate milte the, main khud se waise hi drawing bana deta tha. Tabhi se art ka keeda lag gaya. Hindustan Times ke caricature contest mein kaam chuna gaya, Patna exhibition mein display hua - bina kisi guidance ke. Delhi aaya cartoonist banne, struggle toh hai, par art chhoda nahi. Smile lana kaafi hai mere liye. ### My work - **Personalised Caricatures & Cartoons**: Hand-drawn gift caricature, cartoon portraits, paintings for birthdays, anniversaries, farewells, ya bas maza ke liye. - **Acrylic & Oil Paintings**: Recently started acrylic painting for birthdays and oil painting farewell gift, apart from my usual drawing style. - **Unique Gifts for Any Occasion**: Corporate, doctors, friends, ya khud ke liye - funny boss caricature bhi bana deta hoon. Sab ke liye kuch hai. - **Your Imagination, My Art**: Tiger par baithna ho ya swag dikhana ho, jo socho woh bana sakte hain caricature mein. ## More services from SKD - [Personalized Caricatures](https://mytribe.in/skdtoons/personalized-caricatures) · ₹1,000-3,500 per caricature (A4 size, color, framed) (estimate) - [Editorial Cartoons & Illustrations](https://mytribe.in/skdtoons/editorial-cartoons-illustrations) · ₹1,000-7,000 per cartoon/illustration (estimate) ## Experts similar to SKD on mytribe - [Commissioned Paintings & Portraits by R.K.
