I personally oversee the RCC foundation, double mat steel reinforcement, and the critical waterproofing phase to ensure your pool remains leak-free through heavy monsoons. You are not just buying a design—you are getting a durable concrete structure built to last for years. When we build a pool, the most critical part is the foundation. Whether you want a modern rectangular lap pool or a complex freeform lagoon, the construction process must be exact. We start with excavation and use M20 or M25 grade concrete with double mat steel reinforcement to ensure the shell holds up under ground pressure. One thing many people overlook is the impact of local weather. Given our heavy monsoons, we prioritize multi-coat chemical waterproofing and test the water retention for seven days before final plastering and tiling. This prevents long-term seepage and cracking. **What I Bring to Your Project:** * **Customization:** Whether you want built-in spa jets, a sheer descent waterfall, or energy-efficient LED lighting, we integrate these during the civil work phase, not as an afterthought. * **Efficiency:** We handle everything from the initial site survey to the final filtration plant installation. You receive a fully functional pool, complete with the pump, sand filter, and a standard starter kit to get you running. * **Quality Commitment:** I do not just hand over a design; I am on-site with my team. If I say a pool will be ready, it is built to the exact structural standards we promised. From Goregaon to Pune, Nashik, and beyond, I travel across Maharashtra to build pools that match your landscape. If you have a vision for your backyard, we can make it a reality. ## About Siya Green Creations I am Chandrakant Pashte.
