We start every project with a deep 3ft RCC footing and multi-layer waterproofing to prevent structural cracking and seepage, which are common issues in many local pools. We don't just dig a hole and tile it; we engineer a structure that stays solid through every monsoon. ### Why Our Pools Don't Leak Most pool problems—cracks, seepage, uneven tiling—happen because of shortcuts in the foundation. We don't cut those corners. Every pool we build gets a reinforced concrete (RCC) shell designed to handle the specific soil pressure of your site. We use M30 grade concrete and professional-grade waterproofing chemicals that bond to the structure, ensuring your pool remains a water-tight vessel for years. ### Custom Design, Built for Use Whether you want a classic rectangular lap pool for exercise or a freeform, resort-style design with a rock waterfall, we build it to match your lifestyle. * **Structure:** We handle everything from the initial excavation and steel rebar framework to the concrete casting. * **Features:** We can integrate built-in jacuzzis, kids' play zones, and custom waterfalls that connect directly to your pool's filtration system. * **Decks:** A pool deck is a high-traffic zone. We build paths using non-slip paver tiles or natural stone (like Shahabad or Kota) on a 4-inch PCC sub-base, so your deck doesn't sink or shift over time. ### Our Process When you hire us, you are hiring a team that spends more time on the site than in the office. I personally visit the site to oversee the reinforcement work and the tiling finish. If you have an idea for a waterfall or a pergola over your pool deck, we can build it—always keeping the construction solid and the budget realistic. ## About Siya Green Creations I am Chandrakant Pashte, and at Siya Green Creations, we believe in one simple rule: kaam kadak.
