### Concrete Base Pathways & Decks

Interlocking pavers or natural stone walkways built on a 4 inch PCC sub-base to prevent sinking.

Typically ₹180-320 per sq. ft. (estimate)

#### Scope of Work
* **Site Clearance:** Removal of vegetation and loose topsoil with leveling up to 6 inches depth.
* **Anti-Sinking Foundation:** Installation of a 3-inch to 4-inch thick PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) bed or rubble soling to prevent undulating surfaces during monsoons.
*   **Material Options:**
    *   Standard: 60mm-80mm heavy-duty cement interlocking pavers.
    * Premium: Natural rough-cut stone (Shahabad/Kota) or Cobblestones laid on cement mortar.
* **Finishing:** Grouting of joints with cement or fine sand followed by an acid wash cleanup.

#### Quality Specifications
* **Load Bearing:** Minimum M30 grade concrete pavers suitable for pedestrian and light vehicle loads.
* **Stone Specs:** Natural stone slabs used are approx 20mm to 25mm thick to prevent cracking.
* **Drainage:** Precise slope gradient creation to ensure water runoff into garden beds.

### Structural Boundary & Retaining Walls

Reinforced masonry walls with deep 3ft RCC foundations and concrete coping designed for high soil pressure.

Typically ₹650-950 per sq. ft. (Face Area) (estimate)

#### Structural Construction
* **Foundation:** Excavation of trench (approx 2.5ft to 3ft depth), PCC bed laying, and robust RCC footing construction.
*   **Masonry Type:**
    * Brick: 6-inch to 9-inch thick walls using red clay bricks or cement blocks with vertical steel reinforcement.
    * Stone: 15-inch to 18-inch thick Uncoursed Rubble Stone masonry for retaining soil on slopes.
* **RCC Bands:** Concrete coping beams on top and plinth bands to lock masonry and prevent structural cracks.

#### Finishing & Durability
* **Plastering:** Double-coat sand-faced cement plaster on exterior for waterproofing; smooth finish on interior if required.
* **Drainage:** Installation of PVC weep holes in retaining walls to release groundwater pressure.
* **Protection:** Concrete coping on the top edge to shed rainwater and protect the wall core.

### Custom MS Gazebos & Pergolas

Heavy-gauge Tata/Apollo steel fabrication with rust-proof coating and polycarbonate or tile roofing.

Typically ₹950-1,600 per sq. ft. (Roof Area) (estimate)

#### Fabrication & Structure

* **Styles:** Open-rafter Pergola style or fully covered Gazebo style.
* **Rust Protection:** Two coats of epoxy red-oxide primer and automotive-grade PU paint (Matte Black or Faux-wood finish).

#### Roofing & Specs
* **Covering Material:** Installation of UV protected Polycarbonate sheets, Toughened Glass, or Clay Tiles/Shingles.

## About Hardscaping & Outdoor Construction

### Solid Spaces, Built to Last

Mi Chandrakant Pashte, and at Siya Green Creations, we believe in kaam kadak. If you want outdoor spaces that stand the test of time, we start with strong construction, not just pretty plants. We put our energy into the backbone of your garden, so you won’t have to worry about things falling apart after a few monsoons.

### What We Actually Build

- RCC foundation work is where we shine. From swimming pools to sloped garden retaining walls, I oversee every detail.
- Brick and stone compound walls for security and clean garden lines.
- Custom stone pathways, cobbles, and modern paver tiles for pool decks and patios. We can mix materials for a fresh look.
- Pergola installation and other outdoor structures for shade and relaxation.
- Water features, from simple fountains to full-on rock waterfalls - we can even hook these up with the pool.

### Making It Family Friendly

- Safe play areas for kids with sturdy equipment.
- Designs that focus on how your family will actually use the space, not just how it looks.

### No Compromise on Quality

Aamcha kaamach kadak. I won’t adjust quality, even if rates change. Once you give us the job, you get 100% - vishayach nahi na (no question about it).
