## About Strength Training & Performance

### The Real Deal: Strength, No Nonsense

I don’t do fancy stuff or chase trends. My whole thing is building raw, functional strength that actually works outside the gym too. Science is great, but I trust what the barbell teaches me every day. If you want real results, not just abs for Insta, you’re in the right place.

### The Barbell Base

Everything starts with the basics. I’ll show you how to master the squat - full depth, knees over toes, bracing right, all that. No belt unless you really need it. Deadlifts? We nail the hip hinge, from conventional style to Zercher. Bench press and heavy rows also get their due, making sure your foundation is rock solid with powerlifting fundamentals.

### Explosive Power & Speed

Being strong is cool, but being an athlete is next level. I bring in Olympic lifting technique with snatch and clean & jerk – not just heavy lifts, but smooth, fast movements. We also use plyo boxes, hurdles, and sprint drills for explosive athletic power. If you want to move like a sprinter, not just lift like a powerlifter, I’ve got you.

### Grip Strength Obsession

Here, grip isn’t a side note. With axle bars, Saxon bars, and anvil grips, you’ll know what true strongman grip training feels like. Your hands will hate me, but you’ll love the results. Shabash! (Well done!) when you crush it. And if you slack, adi-chennu vachukko goyya (you’ll just run off if I come after you).

### Who Fits In Here

You want strength, not just fitness. You care about proper technique and community. You’re cool with failing and giving it another go. If that’s you, let’s get strong together.

## Meet your expert

[Manish Naren](https://mytribe.in/sixfootninja)

### My story

Chasing dreams, that’s been my thing since I was a kid staring at a green Kawasaki Ninja in some old magazine. Took me years, loads of setbacks too—tendinitis, burnout, all that jazz. But I built Basebell after six years of grinding, so I could train like a real athlete again. I’m always learning, whether I’m coaching or just being the student. Bikes, training, open roads—routine and passion, that’s what keeps me going. If you’re here, you’ll see I keep it real.

### My work

- **Strength & Performance Training**: Olympic lifting coaching, powerlifting, calisthenics—making you strong at any age or level.
- **Sports Injury Rehab**: Sports injury rehab Bangalore. I fix injuries and teach you the right way, so you stay stronger.
- **Grip Strength Training**: Nobody does grip like us—Saxon bar, axle bar, Anvil. Real grip strength training, not just deadlifts.
- **Train Anyone, Any Level**: Athletes, desk job folks, anyone wanting to move better and live stronger. No age limit.
- **Community Vibes**: We train, eat, and ride together. It’s a brotherhood, not just another gym.
