* Drill Library: Access to instructional content on specific corrective drills.

#### Program Structure
* Progressive Overload: A phased approach moving from mobility to stability to loading.

* Troubleshooting: Includes either a digital form check or a brief in-person consultation to ensure correct execution.

### Root-Cause Movement Assessment

A 60-90 minute diagnostic session analyzing biomechanics, spinal alignment, and strength deficits to identify the exact source of pain.

Typically ₹1,500-2,500 Per Session (estimate)

#### Diagnostic Evaluation
* Visual Posture Analysis: Full-body structural alignment check to identify pelvic tilts, spinal curvature, and shoulder asymmetry.
* Functional Movement Screening: Assessment of fundamental patterns (Squat, Hinge, Lunge) to detect movement compensations.
* Range of Motion (ROM) Testing: Active and passive mobility checks for critical joints like Ankle, Hip, and Thoracic Spine.
* Palpation & Manual Testing: Hands-on assessment to locate trigger points, muscle knots, and areas of tissue density.

#### Education & Roadmap

* Recovery Roadmap: A verbal outline of the required phases for recovery (Mobility to Stability to Strength).

### 1-on-1 Corrective Rehab & Strength Therapy

A 12-session block combining manual therapy (dry needling) and biomechanical strength training to fix injuries permanently.

Typically ₹18-24K Per 12-Session Block (estimate)

#### Manual Therapy & Pain Management
* Dry Needling / Myofascial Release: Targeted soft tissue work using sterile needles or manual pressure to release trigger points.
* Joint Mobilization: Passive movements assisted by the coach to improve joint tracking and reduce immediate pain signals.

#### Movement Re-Education
* Neuromuscular Drills: Specific cues and drills to retrain the nervous system on safe movement patterns.
* Regressed Strength Work: Training with specialized safety bars or bodyweight constraints to build load tolerance without pain.

#### Structural Strengthening

* Core Integration: Bracing techniques and breathing mechanics to create spinal protection during lifts.
* Facility Access: Access to the industrial-grade facility exclusively during the coaching hours.

## About Injury Recovery & Corrective Exercise

I’m all about fixing the real reason you’re hurting, not just throwing a band-aid on the pain. Most injuries start with lousy movement, not the actual exercise - so I’ll help you clean up your technique and build a body that’s strong and ready for anything.

### How I Work
- I don’t believe in quick fixes or just stretching for the sake of it. We’ll dig deep to find what’s causing your pain, whether it’s dodgy scapula movement or your core not bracing right.
- My process is about movement re-education for injuries. I’ll teach your nervous system to move safely and get you back to doing what you love.

### What We Tackle Together
- Back pain? We’ll work your glutes, hamstrings, and teach proper hip hinge training so your spine is protected.
- Knee stuff? Been there myself. Barbell squat for knee pain is part of my toolkit when done with proper form.
- Shoulders, elbows, ankles, or feet - I’ll help fix posture, release trigger points, and strengthen the weak spots so you feel stable again.

### The Tools
- No nonsense: barbell squats, Nordic hamstring curls, and drills for posture correction exercises.
- I skip gimmicks and focus on exercises that actually work, so your body gets strong and stays pain-free.

### Why I Do This
I want you to feel tough, confident, and ready to take on anything. When you finally nail that movement and feel the difference, that’s your Shabash moment. That’s what we’re chasing.

## Meet your expert

[Manish Naren](https://mytribe.in/sixfootninja)

### My story

Chasing dreams, that’s been my thing since I was a kid staring at a green Kawasaki Ninja in some old magazine. Took me years, loads of setbacks too—tendinitis, burnout, all that jazz. But I built Basebell after six years of grinding, so I could train like a real athlete again. I’m always learning, whether I’m coaching or just being the student. Bikes, training, open roads—routine and passion, that’s what keeps me going. If you’re here, you’ll see I keep it real.

### My work

- **Strength & Performance Training**: Olympic lifting coaching, powerlifting, calisthenics—making you strong at any age or level.
- **Sports Injury Rehab**: Sports injury rehab Bangalore. I fix injuries and teach you the right way, so you stay stronger.
- **Grip Strength Training**: Nobody does grip like us—Saxon bar, axle bar, Anvil. Real grip strength training, not just deadlifts.
- **Train Anyone, Any Level**: Athletes, desk job folks, anyone wanting to move better and live stronger. No age limit.
- **Community Vibes**: We train, eat, and ride together. It’s a brotherhood, not just another gym.
