By keeping group sizes small, we ensure each child receives individual attention while following the traditional Sivananda lineage that keeps our practice rooted, disciplined, and free from digital distractions. We view yoga as a shared journey. Our centre in Kailash Colony serves as a satsang—a community space where individuals and families can connect through the timeless teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. Whether you are joining our Sunday community classes or enrolling your child in our intensive 9-day summer camp, you are stepping into an environment focused on holistic well-being rather than quick fitness trends. Our Sunday community sessions are open to all levels and offer a rotating focus, from yoga for athletes to guided pranayama. These sessions are held in our air-conditioned hall with wooden flooring, providing a calm space away from the city noise. We require that participants bring their own mats to maintain hygiene and a personal connection to their practice. For children, our programs are structured to be playful yet purposeful. We replace screens with Surya Namaskar, shloka recitation, and memory games. The 9-day summer camp concludes with a graduation ceremony and community potluck, celebrating the progress made by each student. We believe this traditional approach, combining physical practice with values-based education, helps nurture both body and mind, creating lasting foundations for a healthy life.
