This is not a lecture or a rigid workshop, but a conversational space where we look at life's challenges, from managing money stress to finding clarity in relationships, through the lens of ancient Vedantic wisdom. Many of us find that despite having the things we thought would make us happy, there is still a sense of unease or something missing. Sundays with Arun is an attempt to bridge that gap. We host these sessions on alternate Sundays, creating an online sangha where you can bring your own stories, doubts, or simply your curiosity. These are not scripted talks. We start with a topic—be it health, relationships, money, or the general pursuit of happiness—and open the floor. The aim is not to provide instant fixes but to explore practical spiritual wisdom that you can actually apply to your daily routine. We draw from the Sivananda lineage, but the focus remains on keeping the dialogue grounded in common sense and honesty. Whether you are struggling with a specific life dilemma or simply looking for a like-minded community to ponder big questions, you are welcome here. Come as you are, with your camera on or off, and let us engage in a conversation that we rarely have space for in our busy modern lives. ## About Sivananda Yoga Centre I have been walking the path of yoga for three decades, but I have learned that the most important lessons often happen outside the studio.
