Our sessions are open to all, starting with 30 minutes of silent group meditation in our second-floor hall, followed by traditional kirtan chanting that helps everyone settle the mind and feel at ease. We operate as a nonprofit, meaning our primary focus is sharing these ancient practices rather than commercial output. The core of our community is the weekly satsang, a structured gathering designed to balance your week with quiet reflection. We use the Sivananda Chant Book for our kirtan, with harmonium and manjira accompaniment, creating an environment where even newcomers can participate without feeling overwhelmed. Our space in Sector 6, Dwarka, is kept simple and serene to support your practice. Beyond the weekly meetings, we mark major festivals like Maha Shivratri and Gurupoornima with traditional Havan fire rituals, deity abhishekam, and a community feast.
