I turn your team members into 'Alpha Warriors' or 'Superheroes' with custom caricature trophies that actually make them smile and keep on their desks. ## Photos and videos - [Video: I believe every team has its warriors, and what better way to recognize them than with a custom caricature award? This batch of 'Alpha Warrior' trophies was created for a corporate client to celebrate their top performers. I was honored to create this large order of custom caricature trophies for a company's Women's Day event. Each statuette captures the unique face of an employee on a superhero body, making for a fun and empowering recognition gift. It’s moments like these, seeing a whole team celebrated, that bring me the most joy.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/68b6a8a7-acfd-4bfc-a5ca-b0d7c446aa22) ## About Corporate Awards & Trophies Every award starts with a digital sketch of your team member, which I then turn into a die-cut standee mounted on a solid pine-finish wooden block. You can laser-engrave their name, designation, or a special message right on the base, making it a keepsake they will actually display. I created these custom caricature trophies because I noticed so many office awards end up in a drawer, never to be seen again. A good award should be a conversation starter, not a dust collector. ### How We Make It Happen When we work on a corporate order, we start by picking a theme that fits your team. Whether you want to celebrate your sales team as 'Alpha Warriors' or highlight the support staff as 'Superheroes,' the process is collaborative. I use your photos to create a joyful, slightly exaggerated caricature of each person, ensuring it captures their vibe rather than just their features. ### The Build Quality - **Digital Art:** Hand-drawn caricatures printed on high-quality vinyl. - **Durable Materials:** I use rigid Sunboard or Acrylic for the cutouts to ensure they last. - **The Base:** Each piece is mounted on a solid wooden block, perfect for desk display. - **Personalization:** The base comes with laser-etched engravings, giving each trophy a professional yet personal touch. I handle orders of all sizes and ship across India. If you are planning an upcoming employee recognition event, or just want to celebrate a work anniversary in style, send me a message. Let's create something that brings a real smile to your team's faces. Apliich hava! ## About Shubham Jinde I’m Shubham. I believe recognition should be as fun as the work you do.
