My senior instructors, Annapoorna and Nagaratna, have been with me for over 10 years, providing the consistency your child needs to master mental math. We aren't just staff; we are mentors who know your child's learning style, mood, and potential better than anyone else. In a city where coaching centers often have high staff turnover, our center remains a constant for your children. Having teachers who stay for over a decade means we don't just teach the syllabus; we build long-term relationships with every student. Whether it is Nagaratna helping a shy child find their voice or Annapoorna patiently correcting bead work, our team understands the SIP Abacus curriculum inside out. We celebrate every small win, from mastering a new level to winning at the SIP Karnataka awards. Because we know each child personally, we can spot when a student is stuck on a concept and provide that extra bit of encouragement to keep their confidence high. It is this shared commitment that turns math from a scary subject into something our makkalu actually enjoy. We are not just teaching numbers; we are helping your child grow into a more confident version of themselves. ## About Shobha I am Shobha, and I lead the team here at SIP Abacus Basavanagudi.
