Our staff arrives hours early to handle the staging of live 'thela' carts, the setup of grazing tables, and the coordination of the bar. By the time your guests walk in, every tray is stocked, the lighting is adjusted, and our team is ready to serve. You will not find us standing around waiting for instructions because our standard operating procedure covers every transition from welcome drinks to the final dessert service. ### Logistics and Team Coordination Professional catering is 20 percent food and 80 percent logistics. Whether we are setting up in a home in Kalkaji or a large venue in Gurugram, our process remains the same. - **Pre-Event Setup:** Our team arrives significantly ahead of schedule to check site access, electrical points for heating equipment, and water supply. We organize the layout to prevent bottlenecks at the buffet. - **Staff Roles:** Every team member has a defined role. We have dedicated station chefs for live counters, servers trained for butler-style circulation, and floor managers who ensure the replenish cycle for the buffet never stops. - **Hygiene and Handling:** We follow strict food safety protocols, using gloves and headgear at all times. Our hardware—from silver-plated chafing dishes to bamboo boats for appetizers—is sanitized and inspected before it leaves our facility. ### Why the Process Matters We often hear clients say they want to be guests at their own parties. That is exactly why we focus on the 'behind the scenes' aspect. When you choose us, you are not just hiring a menu; you are hiring a management team. We handle the waste management, the refilling of water goblets, and the clean breakdown of the area, leaving your venue as tidy as we found it. If you have a complex venue layout or a specific timeline for your event flow, let us know. We are comfortable managing events across the NCR and can adapt our setup to fit smaller residential spaces or larger banquet halls with equal precision. ## About Silver Spoons We are Silver Spoons, and we believe good catering is about staying invisible until you need us.
