This clip shows me engaging with the audience, explaining my philosophy that true skill and hard work, or 'kaam', is what truly matters in a performance.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/7ed049c5-22b1-4dbe-b078-7c14d774996d) ## About On-Stage Judging & Feedback Judging isn't just about handing out points. When you have me on the panel, I deliver live, on-mic feedback that explains the 'why' behind the score. Whether it's correcting a stance on a lift or highlighting a perfect transition, I make sure every dancer leaves the stage having learned something new. My foundation comes from Shiamak Davar’s school of dance, and I bring that exact technical rigour to every competition I judge. I don't believe in silent scorecards. If a routine is tight, I want the audience to know exactly what made it work. If the choreography is great but the core strength is lacking, I say it right there on the mic. It turns a standard competition into a masterclass. ### What I Bring to Your Event * **Technical Evaluation:** I focus on core strength, cleanliness of moves, and execution. I am looking for training, not just enthusiasm. * **The Naachgaana Vibe:** Dead air between performances? Not on my watch. If I am booked for the combined judging and hosting package, I jump on stage for filler performances and audience interaction to keep the crowd hooked. * **Professional Setup:** Whether it is a college fest, corporate show, or a dance reality contest, I work closely with your production team to ensure the audio and flow are seamless. My approach is rooted in honesty. I want to see real talent, not just rehearsed steps. If you are looking for someone who can hold the mic, command the stage, and provide real value to your participants, let’s talk. ## About Siddharth Kalra I'm Siddharth Kalra, and for me, dance is pure identity.
