I look at your foundation—your posture, your core engagement, and how you translate technique into performance. If you want a judge who provides actual, actionable feedback that helps your participants improve instead of just giving a generic score, that is the Shiamak-style rigour I bring to your event. When you bring me on board for an event, you are getting someone who treats every performance with the respect I was taught by Shiamak Davar. My judging is rooted in the discipline of his foundation. This means I prioritize clean lines, core strength, and technical accuracy above everything else. I understand the intensity of being on stage. That is why my feedback is designed to build, not break. I will tell you where you nailed the transition and exactly where your base needs to be stronger to pull off a move. What I focus on: * **Technique:** Solid basics are non-negotiable. Whether it is contemporary, jazz, or Bollywood, the foundation must be clean. * **Choreography:** I evaluate the structure—does the routine have a story, or is it just a series of steps? * **Execution:** Are you just going through the motions, or are you dancing with purpose? *Masti* (fun) is important, but only when it sits on a foundation of hard work. Whether you are hosting a college fest, a corporate dance-off, or a school competition in Delhi, I bring that same rigour. My goal is for every dancer to walk off that stage having learned something new about their craft, not just having performed for a few minutes. ## About Siddharth Kalra I am Siddharth, and my dance journey began under the wings of Shiamak Davar. His training is the backbone of everything I do, from my own performances to how I judge others. I believe a teacher is incomplete without a student, which is why I put so much heart into mentorship.
