Whether it is a site visit to a villa in Meerut or refining material samples at our desk, every design is a team effort. We blend old-school sketching with modern technical precision to ensure every home we shape feels lived-in and intentional. At SIAN, we view architecture as a continuous dialogue. Our process is rooted in collaboration—not just between Surbhi, Deepanshu, and our team, but between the land and the built form. When we take on a project, we rely on a rhythm that balances intense studio research with constant on-site supervision. This is why you will often find us checking reinforcement binding or debating the grain of a veneer panel. We believe that good design requires hands-on involvement. From our architects leading site coordination to our team finalizing technical drawings, everyone at the studio is invested in the final outcome. We do not work in isolation. By integrating MEP plans, climate analysis, and interior detailing from the start, we ensure that a house works as well as it looks. Whether we are restoring a heritage home or designing a new villa, our goal is to create spaces that possess soul, durability, and a genuine connection to their surroundings. Our approach minimizes the gap between concept and reality. We constantly iterate, test market fits for new materials, and ensure that every element—from the skylights to the wardrobe joinery—is executed with clarity. This is the story of our practice: always learning, always building, and always listening to the rhythm of the site. ## About SIAN Architects We are Surbhi and Deepanshu. For us, SIAN isn't just a practice; it's a workshop where we mix old-school craftsmanship with modern design. We believe the best ideas come from listening, not just to our clients, but to the people on our team who make these visions real.
