Our women-only batches ensure you are training with peers at your level, focusing on proper technique and court movement without any pressure. It is a space designed specifically to help you build confidence, whether you are just picking up a racket or preparing for your next club tournament. Finding a consistent training space can be difficult, which is why we organize these exclusive sessions at premium venues like Matunga Gymkhana, Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana, and Chembur Gymkhana. We use high-quality wooden flooring that is essential for protecting your joints during high-intensity footwork drills. Our curriculum for these batches is split based on your current comfort level. For beginners, we start with the essentials: learning the proper grip, building basic toss and drop mechanics, and improving your court coverage. If you are already playing but feel stuck, we focus on technical corrections like smash power, doubles rotation, and service consistency to help you break through your plateau. Beyond the training, this cluster is about the community we have built. Many of our students move from these coaching sessions into our competitive tournament circuit. We host internal matches and celebrate wins together, making it a place where you can make friends while getting a serious workout.
