It is my way of testing the yarn tension and seeing how a pattern behaves. Whether it is a dense cable stitch for warmth or a light, airy lace for a table cover, these samples let me ensure the final piece feels exactly right for you. ### Why I create these samples Every piece you see here starts as a test. My process is tactile. I need to feel how the yarn moves, how the colors sit next to each other, and how the stitch holds its shape. When you commission a custom piece, it is rarely a guess. It is the result of these practice sessions where I refine the design. ### What these patterns mean for you: * **Texture & Comfort:** I use different techniques for different needs. The puffy, textured stitches you see in my samples are great for baby blankets because they are soft and insulating. * **Versatility:** From the simple granny square to complex cable work, these patterns show that crochet is not just about making one thing.
