It comes down to DIY preparation. Whether I am hand-painting frames for your return gifts or finalizing vendor cues for the cake cutting, I do it myself because I want to ensure every detail matches the mood you imagined. Planning is not just about booking a vendor and walking away. My process starts with understanding the vibe—do you want a quiet, intimate gathering or a high-energy bash? I spend my days sourcing unique return gifts, custom-designing backdrops that fit your specific space, and checking the hygiene of every food counter before it reaches your venue. When you hire me, you are not just getting an organizer; you are getting someone who treats your event like it is happening in their own family. I manage the chaos—from artist arrivals and tech setups to unexpected venue restrictions—so you can actually enjoy the celebration with your kids and guests. My philosophy is simple: keep it real, keep it organized, and make sure that when the lights go up, everything runs exactly as planned. ## About Shriji Events and Decor by Kiran I am Kiran, the person who runs on creativity and a little bit of madness.
