By [Shriji Events and Decor by Kiran](https://mytribe.in/shrijieventsndecor_bykiran) · I design custom themed decor for birthdays, anniversaries, pre-wedding functions, and festivals across Delhi NCR, using backdrops, balloon art, floral setups, and selfie booths, and I handle last-minute requests and any theme you want.

- Travels to venues across Delhi NCR (Delhi NCR, Delhi, India)

## Pricing guide (estimates)

These are indicative prices based on provider's past work. Enquire now to find out final quote.

### Mid Tier Themed Setup with Ring or Sequin Backdrop

Banquet ready decor featuring an 8x8 feet sequin or metal ring backdrop, 200 to 300 premium balloons, and neon signage.

Typically ₹8-12K per setup (estimate)

#### Backdrop & Structure
Anchored by an 8x8 feet reusable sequin panel wall or a heavy duty circular metal ring frame, providing a clean professional photo area without custom printing costs.

#### Balloon Artistry
Includes 200 to 300 premium chrome, metallic, or pastel balloons arranged in a voluminous, asymmetric organic arch.

#### Signage & Props
Features standard rental neon signs and 2 to 3 reusable 2D sunboard cutouts of popular characters placed around the base.

#### Cake Table Styling
Includes 3 piece reusable acrylic or metal cylinder stands to display cakes and return favors.

#### The Reality
Utilizes the provider's existing inventory of reusable props and generic character cutouts to deliver a dense, photogenic setup ideal for mid sized venues and office parties.

### Basic Home Balloon Decor

Quick direct to wall setups using 100 to 200 standard balloons, foil banners, and basic romantic add ons.

Typically ₹8-12K per setup (estimate)

#### Volume & Materials
Includes 100 to 200 standard metallic or latex balloons sourced in bulk for floor scattering, basic ceiling hangings, or simple clustered arches. Features market bought foil letter banners and standard foil shapes like stars and hearts.

#### Romantic Add Ons
Incorporates up to 1kg of fresh local rose petals and 30 to 50 battery operated tea lights for intimate room setups.

#### Hardware & Execution
Fastening is done via direct taping to walls and ceilings using balloon glue dots and curling ribbons. Requires 1 to 2 hours of setup time by a single decorator. The customer must provide a basic stool or ladder.

#### The Reality
A utilitarian, template driven service using mass market materials for quick surprises. Does not include structural frameworks or custom printed elements.

### Premium Floral & Fabric Decor for Milestones

Sophisticated milestone decor using fairy light canopies, heavy artificial floral arches, and draped fabrics.

Typically ₹15-35K per setup (estimate)

#### Fabric & Structural Draping
Features sheer curtains, heavy velvet drapes, or fully constructed fairy light canopy tents. Ideal for plain banquet walls, home terraces, or entrance walkways.

#### Floral Styling
Extensive use of high quality artificial flowers arranged thickly on metal arches or backdrop frames. Supplemented with reusable dry elements like pampas grass and palm leaves for a boho chic look.

#### Fresh Accents & Lighting
Integrates limited fresh elements like marigold strings or real rose petal rangolis. Enhanced with dense fairy light curtains, LED warm white par cans, and traditional prop rentals.

#### Furniture & Signage Styling
Includes rented spandex chair covers tied with sash bows, a customized welcome board, and marquee light up numbers for milestone events.

#### The Reality
Creates a luxurious aesthetic using highly standardized, recycled artificial floral garlands and drapery, completely avoiding the high costs and unpredictability of fresh floral design.

### Grand Themed Setup with Custom Panels & Marquees

Large scale venue transformations using 10 to 15 feet custom printed flex backdrops, 500 to 700 balloons, and marquee lights.

Typically ₹18-35K per setup (estimate)

#### Custom Backdrops
Large scale multi panel setups spanning 10 to 15 feet in width. Built using wooden or metal arched frames covered in freshly printed, theme specific flex wraps.

#### Heavy Balloon Installations
Extensive balloon artistry using 500 to 700 premium pastel, macaron, or chrome balloons crafted into thick, cascading organic garlands.

#### Lighting & Signage
Incorporates large rental marquee light up letters or numbers and a custom vinyl printed welcome board mounted on a wooden easel at the entrance.

#### Custom Props & Special Effects
Features multiple bespoke 2D and 3D sunboard cutouts tailored to the theme. Includes a fog machine for entry and safe indoor cold pyros for the cake cutting moment.

#### The Reality
Achieves massive scale through cost effective flex printing and high volume balloon stuffing. The visual wow factor is primarily driven by rental marquee lights and fog effects rather than luxury structural builds.

## About Event Design & Themed Decor

I see every event as a chance to make memories, not just decorate a space. My faith and passion drive everything I do at Shriji Events and Decor by Kiran. Whether it’s a kid’s first birthday or your parents’ golden jubilee, I love adding that personal touch.

### What I Do

- I design for all kinds of celebrations: birthdays (from 1st to 60th), baby showers, Chhati, pre-wedding functions like Haldi, Mehandi, Roka, Jaggo, and big anniversaries.
- Festive home decor for Diwali, Lohri, Ganpati is something I really enjoy, especially in Delhi NCR.

### Themes & Details

- Kids’ parties are my jam - jungle safari, Cocomelon, butterfly garden, Boss Baby, Paw Patrol, Harry Potter, Frozen, carnival, you name it.
- For grown-ups, I do elegant anniversaries with gold and floral touches, pre-wedding function decoration with marigold curtains or colourful drapes, and stylish birthdays with black-gold themes or fairy-lit terraces.
- I use custom event backdrops Delhi folks love, selfie booths, balloon art for events, sequin walls, marquee numbers, and both fresh and artificial flowers. Lighting, neon signs, and even fog or cold pyro for that extra drama.

### How I Work

- Based in Delhi, I travel all over NCR - Gurgaon, Noida, Dwarka, Janakpuri, GK, and more.
- I’m all about the details, but I’ll be honest - sometimes the venue or weather can throw a curveball. Still, I do my best to make it work.

### Starting Prices

- These are just starting points (bilkul basic), the price goes up with the setup you pick. Transport is usually included in the quote.
- Near my base (within 10 km): balloon decor from ₹8,000, floral decor from ₹12,000.
- Rest of Delhi: balloon from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000, floral from ₹15,000.
- Gurgaon: balloon from ₹20,000, floral from ₹40,000.
- Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad: I take these only from ₹50,000 and up.

Mujhe bas yahi sunna hai event ke baad - “Event inhone kaafi accha organise karwaya!” (I just want to hear, "They organised the event really well!") That’s what keeps me going.

Jai Mata Di!

### My story

Hi, I’m Kiran Malhotra. People call me the ‘celebration wali aunty’ sometimes, and honestly, I don’t mind! My life runs on creativity, faith, and a little bit of madness. Shriji Events N Decor is my way to mix devotion with dhol (fun). I love planning everything from Navratri setups to wild Harry Potter birthday parties. If you see kids screaming ‘best party ever’ or aunties smiling at the decor, bas, mera kaam ho gaya (my job is done).

- **Full Event Planning**: Catering, magic shows, DJs, photographers, games, devotional event decoration - I bring the whole party together.
- **All the Little Touches**: Return gifts, piñatas, selfie booths, mascot entries, those small things that make memories.
- **Budget-Friendly & Last Minute**: Festival decor services and celebrations for every pocket, even if you call me one day before!
