Whether you have a wide banquet hall door or a small apartment entrance, we use a mix of organic balloon garlands and customized printed welcome boards. This ensures your guests feel the theme the moment they step in, and we handle all the assembly so you do not have to worry about the setup logistics. Your entrance is more than just a doorway. It is the first point of contact for your guests, and we believe it should tell them exactly what to expect from your celebration. ### Customization for Every Theme We do not believe in one-size-fits-all. If you are hosting a first birthday with a jungle theme, we design your welcome board with animal graphics and matching balloon clusters in forest greens and gold. For a butterfly-themed party, we switch to soft pastel arches and delicate cutouts. We can even integrate a professional photo of the guest of honor onto the welcome board, which many of our clients keep as a keepsake after the party. ### Technical Details and Setup - **Balloon Installations:** We use high-quality organic balloons, layering different sizes to create depth. For entrances, we secure these to sturdy metal frames or temporary structures that do not damage the venue walls. - **Lighting:** We include LED parcan uplighting or neon signs to make the welcome area pop, especially for evening events. - **Logistics:** Our team handles the delivery, full installation, and dismantling. You do not need to worry about cleaning up or taking down the structure after your event ends. ### Why it Matters A well-decorated entrance builds excitement. Whether it is a naming ceremony, a half-saree function, or a birthday, we ensure the decor is sturdy, vibrant, and perfectly placed to welcome your family and friends. ## About Shri Event Management We are Shri Event Management.
