We provide the wooden easel stand to ensure it stays sturdy and looks professional at your entrance. For outdoor shoots, we design your welcome board as part of the package, using high-resolution images from your pre-event session so the style remains consistent from the invitation all the way to the hall entrance. Your welcome board is the first impression of your event. Whether it is a traditional half-saree function in Bengaluru or a vibrant first birthday party in Kundapura, we ensure the signage matches your chosen theme perfectly. We use high-quality sunboard prints that are durable and look crisp, whether placed indoors near the entrance or outdoors at a venue gate. We bridge the gap between photography and decor. If we have done your pre-event photoshoot, we already have the perfect shots to design your welcome board. This saves you the trouble of finding a separate designer or printer. We can also integrate photo displays into the stage backdrop, like a large cutout or a mounted frame, turning a simple decor element into a personal highlight. Tell us your theme, whether it is a jungle safari, fairy tale, or traditional floral, and we will match the fonts, colors, and graphic elements accordingly. We handle everything from design to printing and setup. You just provide the details, and we ensure the display is ready and waiting when your guests walk in. ## About Shri Event Management At Shri Event Management, we believe every event should be personal.
