My makhana is air-popped, which means you get that satisfying crunch without any oily aftertaste or trans-fats. It is light enough to snack on at work, and the resealable pouch keeps it fresh even if you don't finish it in one sitting. When I started Shreeji Foods, I wanted to fix the 'healthy snack' problem. Most people think healthy means eating cardboard, but my makhana proves that wrong. I use large-grade foxnuts and air-pop them, so you get all the crunch with zero trans-fats. The flavours are where the fun starts. My Miri (black pepper) makhana has that punchy heat that goes perfectly with evening chai. If you need something lighter, the Pudina (mint) is cooling and fresh. And for the days you just want something indulgent, the Cheese flavour hits the spot without the guilt. Since I have shops in Kurla and the CST subway, you can swing by and grab a bag whenever you are in the city. Everything is heat-sealed in resealable pouches, so you do not have to worry about them going soft. Just pop the bag open, snack, and seal it back up for later.
