We focus on Abhinaya, which means your facial expressions and hand mudras do the talking, allowing you to tell a story through dance comfortably without needing a large dance floor. ### Why Choose Seated Choreography? We understand that not everyone wants a high-energy Bollywood performance. Sometimes, the most memorable moments come from a graceful, expressive act that brings out genuine emotion. Our seated routines are specifically designed for: * **Intimate Gatherings:** Perfect for sangeet nights or smaller venue settings where space is at a premium. * **Inclusivity:** We believe dance has no age limit. These routines are ideal for grandparents, seniors, or anyone who prefers to stay comfortable while participating. * **Expressive Storytelling:** By focusing on Abhinaya (facial expressions) and mudras (hand gestures), you can convey deep emotion—perfect for semi-classical or Sufi tracks. ### How We Train You We don't just send a video and leave you to it. We follow a structured approach to ensure you feel confident: * **Step-by-Step Breakdown:** We teach you bilkul baareeki se (with detail), ensuring you understand the coordination between music, hands, and eyes. * **Virtual or In-Person:** Whether you are in Greater Noida, Patna, or anywhere else, we offer online sessions via Zoom or Google Meet. You get video tutorials for practice and live correction sessions to polish your act. * **Personalized Feedback:** During our one-on-one sessions, we focus on eye contact, stage presence, and the subtle lyrics-to-gesture coordination that makes a performance feel professional. Whether it is a romantic couple’s dance or a heartfelt solo, we ensure you enjoy the spotlight. ## About Mansi Shree We are Shree Riyaaz Dance Academy.
