Turning one is a major milestone, and the best way to capture it is through a little bit of messy, sugary fun. I design custom themes, handle all the props, and create a safe space for your baby to explore, smash, and splash.

## About First Birthday & Cake Smash Fun

Parents often worry about the mess, but that is the best part of these sessions. I work with you to plan a theme—whether it's a 'Wild One' safari or a soft, sunny setup—and while you focus on bringing the cake to keep things allergy-safe, I handle the balloons, backdrops, and the bubble bath cleanup that follows the smash.

### How a Cake Smash Session Works

I treat every first birthday session like a mini party. We start with 'clean' portraits to capture those smiles before the cake arrives. Once the baby is comfortable, we bring out the cake. Some babies dig in immediately, others are more curious, and that is perfectly fine. I follow your baby's lead, ensuring they are never forced or rushed.

After the cake smash, I set up a mini-tub with warm water and bubbles. This acts as a fun finale where we get those iconic splash photos, and it helps get your baby cleaned up before heading home. It is a three-part process: portrait, smash, and splash.

### Custom Themes & Safety

- **Themes:** Whether you want a simple, minimalist look or a detailed setup like a jungle theme or mermaid splash, we collaborate on the design before the shoot.
- **Safety First:** My studio in Versova is kid-friendly. We use soft props and avoid anything rough, like synthetic ropes. If we shoot at your home or a venue like a hotel, I bring the entire setup to you.
- **Scheduling:** I recommend booking your session around your baby's nap time. A well-rested baby is a happy baby, and that makes all the difference in getting those genuine expressions.

### Frequently Asked Questions

* **Who provides the cake?** Parents provide the cake. This is a safety measure so you can choose a cake that fits your baby's specific dietary needs and allergies.
* **Can siblings join?** Yes, the Premium package includes parents and siblings. I love capturing the family dynamic alongside the birthday milestone.
* **Do you travel?** I travel across Mumbai, Thane, and even to Pune. If you have a specific space in mind, let me know.
