We don't just glue down grass; we build raised, leveled platforms that protect your roof surface and ensure water flows correctly, so your wood does not rot after a few monsoons. ### Our Approach to Outdoor Living We do not believe in quick fixes for rooftops. Whether you are in a farmhouse or a city apartment in Delhi NCR, your terrace faces intense heat and heavy rain. That is why we focus on: * **Material Selection:** We primarily work with Brazilian IPE wood and thermally treated Thermopine. These are not just aesthetic choices; they are durable materials that resist termites, moisture, and warping. * **Structural Integrity:** Every pergola is anchored with heavy-duty iron brackets. We assess the load-bearing capacity of your roof before we lift a single beam. * **Precision Finishing:** As we say on-site, the job is not done until the polish is perfect. Our team handles the sanding, oiling, and fitting to ensure there are no jagged edges or uneven gaps. ### What You Get From the planning stage to the final handover, we manage the logistics. We handle the supply of materials, the scaffolding, and the cleaning. Our installations include: * Multi-level decking for defined lounge areas. * Concealed LED strip lighting under step risers for safe, ambient evening use. * Privacy fencing using natural bamboo or wooden slats to create a quiet corner. If you have a specific vision for your rooftop or are unsure if your space can handle a heavy structure, send us a photo of the area. We can tell you exactly what is possible. ## About Shivaya Interiors We are Shivaya Interiors. When we see a dull wall or a plain floor, we already start planning the party lights and the seating layout. We handle the heavy lifting, the technical framing, and the finishing ourselves because we want your terrace to look as good in three years as it does on day one.
