Because the process is so quick, it works perfectly for cocktail hours or as an alternative to standard photo booths, letting your guests take home a hand-drawn memory of the day. When you have a crowd, you want engagement that feels human and personal. That is exactly what my on-the-spot sketching offers. Unlike a digital printout, a pencil portrait carries the artist's touch, making it a unique favor that guests truly value. ### Why choose live sketching? * **High Engagement:** It creates a small crowd wherever I set up, acting as live entertainment that keeps guests busy and happy. * **No Long Wait:** I capture the essence of a face in 5 to 7 minutes, so there is no bottleneck. * **Versatility:** I can roam around a large venue or stay at a dedicated station depending on your event flow. ### Where this fits best I have provided this service at everything from intimate wedding receptions in Bengaluru to large cultural programs and corporate gatherings. Whether it is a quick sketch for a guest of honor or a series of portraits for your invitees, the goal remains the same: Kayakave Kailasa, or work is worship. My sketching is not just about the lines on the paper; it is about the conversation I have with the person sitting in front of me and the smile they have when I turn the board around. If you are planning an event in Bengaluru, Mysuru, or across Karnataka, let's talk about how we can make your guests feel special. ## About Shivakumar Kandikere Hi, I am Shivakumar, or SK. For me, Kayakave Kailasa (work is worship) is how I live, and my sketching station is where I connect with people, one portrait at a time. It is a joy to see the surprise and happiness on someone's face when they see their likeness come to life in just a few minutes.
