It is not just about the clay or the paint, it is about bringing a story to life. If you are looking at my 3D relief murals or custom idols, know that I handle the entire process personally, from the initial sketch to the final installation in your Bengaluru home or office, ensuring every detail reflects the vision you shared with me. My journey as an artist is deeply connected to my roots. Whether I am trekking to the Male Mahadeshwara Hills for inspiration or sketching in my studio, I aim to keep the 'diamond of our smile' at the center of my work. This approach guides every project I undertake, from eco-friendly clay Ganesha idols to intricate 3D relief wall murals. ### My Approach to Custom Art I believe that art should speak a language that the viewer understands and feels. * **Eco-Friendly Sculpting:** My clay idols are crafted using river clay and natural water-based pigments. They are designed for those who want to celebrate festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi with tradition and responsibility. * **Storytelling Murals:** My relief murals, often featuring saints like Kanaka Dasa, are about more than just decoration. I use a mix of fiberglass or cement-mix to create a 3D effect that brings stories to life on your walls. These are perfect for creating a focal point in a living room or a meaningful space in an office. * **Personal Connection:** Every sketch and sculpture begins with a conversation. I want to know what you are looking for—whether it is a specific posture for a deity or a modern interpretation of a traditional design—so that the final piece is something that truly resonates with you. Art is a constant learning process for me. Every project is an opportunity to practice my craft, refine my technique, and spread a little bit of happiness. If you have an idea in mind, let us talk about how we can turn it into something tangible. ## About Shivakumar Kandikere I am SK, and for me, work is worship. Whether I am riding my bike to the mountains for inspiration or working on a custom clay mural in my Bengaluru studio, I am always looking to spread a bit of joy. I pour my heart into every sculpture and sketch, just as I have since I was a boy selling clay Ganesha idols.
