Whether you are eyeing a Hip-Hop foundation course or a weekend Afro workshop, do not just wait for the date to pass. Tap the chat button to check live availability or ask about the next batch. We often have open spots before the official announcement goes live, and we hate to see you miss out. At ARDS, our schedule is more than just times and dates. It is about the journey from the first jittery step to owning the stage at our Performance Night. We keep this page updated so you can catch every new Hip-Hop foundation batch, Locking intensive, or special weekend workshop as soon as it drops. We operate out of our Indiranagar studio, which we have built to be a second home for the Bangalore dance community. ### Why join our updates? - **First dibs:** Get notified when we open registrations for our popular 'Cultivate' foundation series. - **Studio vibes:** Learn about when we have open slots for studio rentals or practice time. - **Performance focus:** Stay connected to the timeline for our annual Performance Night, so you have plenty of time to prepare. Everything here is designed to help you build a strong foundation. We focus on grooves, musicality, and technique in every session. Sab log fun kar rahe hain (everyone is having fun) is our motto, and we mean it. If you are a total beginner, check our 'Beginner-Friendly' tags. If you are looking to take your dance to the next level, keep an eye out for our 'Intensive' course announcements. Kar lo yaar (just do it), and let us help you find your groove. ## About ARDS At ARDS, we are not just teaching steps; we are building a dance family right here in Indiranagar.
