Each workshop ends with a group performance recording under professional lighting, so you walk away with a high-quality video clip of your progress. It is a simple way to track your growth or just capture the energy of the room even if you are only here for a single class. Our workshops are designed to break the 'teacher-student' wall and build a dance community in Bangalore. Whether you are looking to master Hip-Hop foundations or dive into high-energy Afro rhythms, our classes in Indiranagar are built to challenge you. **The Drop-In Experience:** Perfect if you have a hectic week. These 90-120 minute sessions are intense, focused, and conclude with that group video shoot. There is no pressure to commit, just walk in, learn the choreography, and capture the vibe. **The Performance Batches:** This is for those who want to commit. We focus on stage presence, formations, and musicality over 8-10 weeks. It is not just about getting the steps right; it is about understanding the 'why' behind the movement. You train to be performance-ready. **Our Space:** We train on AC4 Grade wooden sprung floors—essential for knee safety when you are hitting those Breaking drops or locking hard. Combined with our 3000W sound system, the studio is designed to make you feel the music, not just hear it. Whether you are a total beginner testing the waters or a dancer looking to sharpen your technique, our doors are open. Kar lo yaar. ## About ARDS We are ARDS, and for us, it is never just about the 5-6-7-8 count. We believe in building a space where you can be yourself, whether that means stumbling through your first steps or absolutely owning the stage in a performance batch. We are here to help you find your people, one groove at a time.
