Whether it is a fresh mango cake in the heat of summer or my signature strawberry taco cakes, I make sure the sponge is light and the cream is kept to a minimum so you can taste the real produce in every bite. My philosophy is simple: good cakes shouldn't be loaded with fillers. When you order a fresh fruit cake from me, you are getting seasonal produce that I handpick. I don't keep ready-made cakes sitting on a shelf. Every sponge is baked to order in my Gurugram bakehouse, which means I can adjust the sugar levels or fruit combinations based on what you actually like. ### Why my fresh fruit cakes are different: * **Seasonal Focus:** If mangoes aren't in season, you won't find them on my cakes. I work with what is available locally and fresh, ensuring every slice tastes like the real thing. * **The 'Naked' Approach:** I prefer a semi-naked or minimal cream finish. It allows the texture of the sponge and the freshness of the fruit to shine through without being masked by layers of sugary frosting. * **Eggless by Default:** All my fresh fruit creations can be made eggless, and they don't compromise on the fluffiness or moist texture that you expect from a great cake. Since I deliver across Delhi NCR, I ensure that my fruit-heavy cakes are packaged in sturdy, custom boxes. This keeps the fruits fresh and the structure intact during transit. Whether you want a simple, clean fruit-topped sponge for a birthday or a playful dessert taco for a small get-together, I am always happy to chat about the flavours that make you happy. ## About Shireen's Bake House I’m Meraaj, the hands and heart behind Shireen’s Bake House.
