We use darker, textured backgrounds that draw the eye directly to your family's connection, making these images perfect for large-format wall prints in your home. ### Why Choose Moody Portraits? Our painterly style is designed for families who want photographs that look like art. By using controlled, soft lighting and deep-toned backgrounds, such as charcoal greys, warm browns, and muted blacks, we strip away distractions. This allows the genuine affection, a child's gaze, or a quiet hug between siblings to become the focal point of the frame. ### Styling Your Session Because the backdrop is rich and dark, your clothing choice matters. We always recommend neutrals, muted tones, or monochromatic outfits. Avoid busy patterns or neon colors, as these clash with the classic aesthetic. If you are unsure, share your wardrobe ideas with us before the session, and we will help you pick combinations that harmonize with our textured sets. ### Our Studio Experience Located in Defence Colony, our climate-controlled studio is designed for comfort. Whether you are coming in for a classic 2-3 hour session or an extended premium experience, we handle the setups, props, and lighting. You do not need to worry about the technical details, just bring your family, and we will guide you through poses that feel natural and soulful. ### Perfect for Wall Art These images are crafted specifically for print. A moody, high-contrast portrait of your family makes a stunning statement piece for your living room or bedroom. We include handcrafted wooden memory boxes with every session and can guide you on the best print sizes for your home display. ## About Shipra & Amit We are Shipra and Amit, a husband-wife team that believes the most beautiful photos are not just snapped, they are crafted.
