I do not believe in pre-cooked food that sits in a tray. My team sets up floating pass-around service, meaning you get hot, charred kebabs and tikka straight from the grill for 90 minutes, keeping the conversation flowing without anyone hunting for a plate. My Mughlai and Tandoori starters are designed to get the party moving. Whether you are hosting a festive bash, a casual weekend hangout, or a family get-together, the menu covers the essentials of a high-quality spread. I offer a balanced mix of non-veg and vegetarian options. For the meat lovers, the Mutton Shami Kebabs are soft and spiced, while the Tandoori Fish Tikka brings that tangy, flaky texture that works as a perfect light appetizer. If you have vegetarians in the group, I make sure they are not left with the basics. My Dahi Ke Sholay and Paneer Tikka are prepared with the same charcoal-grilled intensity as the chicken. Catering is not just about the food. It is about the logistics. I handle the copper chafing dishes, the clean table runners, and most importantly, the uniformed staff who manage the service. You do not have to worry about clearing used plates or keeping the grill hot. I ensure the presentation matches the flavor. I cater across the National Capital Region, bringing the same GK-1 kitchen standards to your doorstep. If you want to add variety, I can easily mix in continental grazing options like cheese boards or live pasta stations alongside the tandoori spread. Just let me know your headcount, and I will handle the rest. ## About Shikhara I run Shikhara in GK 1, and I am obsessed with getting that perfect char on the grill. If you want real Mughlai flavors that actually taste like they came from a tandoor and not a microwave, I am your guy. I bring the food, the service, and the charcoal to you.
