We handle the official WKF-standard affiliation, national database registration, and rule-compliant certification so your fighters have a clear, valid path to represent the country. ### The Importance of Official Recognition In the karate world, certification is everything. If you are operating a dojo or a team without a recognized path, your students face significant barriers when attempting to enter official tournaments. The Karate India Organisation (KIO) is the only body in India recognized by the World Karate Federation (WKF) and the Asian Karate Federation (AKF). We are the gatekeepers for athletes who want to represent our country. ### What Affiliation Provides When you secure your affiliation with us, you are not just getting a piece of paper. You are gaining entry into the official ecosystem: * **WKF Pathway Access:** Eligibility for official state and national championships that count toward selection. * **Credential Integrity:** Access to official Dan grading that is entered into the national database, making it valid for government sports quotas. * **Technical Standards:** Uniform rules and official referee training based on global standards, ensuring your students train for the sport as it is played internationally. ### Who We Partner With We work with three main groups who need verified, high-standard competition pathways: 1. **Style Chiefs & Dojos:** Those who run private clubs but want their students to have an official future. 2. **State Units:** The essential building blocks of Indian karate development. 3. **Institutional Teams:** We are the official home for teams like the Indian Army, CRPF, and Delhi Police, providing them with the platform to compete and win at global events like the World Police and Fire Games. If your goal is to raise the next champion, stop relying on unverified certificates. Join the official movement and give your fighters the platform they deserve. Jai Hind. ## About Bharat Sharma I am Bharat Sharma, and my mission is to put India on the global karate map.
