It is designed for discipline, not just comfort. We use professional-grade EVA interlocking mats to ensure safety during dynamic drills and sparring, but the focus remains on the technique. Whether you are visiting for a self-defense boot camp or joining our long-term program, you are learning the exact same syllabus used by our masters in Okinawa. My journey began in 1992 with just 14 students in Bannerghatta. Today, the OSK Federation of India has grown, but our soul remains here at the Honbu Dojo. Authentic training requires an environment that supports it. We do not believe in watered-down versions of karate. Every year, I personally travel to Okinawa to train with my teachers, Nakazato Hanshi, and bring back the traditional Shorin-ryu Shorinkan syllabus without changes. This dedication is reflected in our dojo. You will see it in the traditional decor, the disciplined conduct of our students, and the wall of trophies that represents three decades of hard work, not paid-for accolades. Our facility in Bangalore is built to serve both serious students and those just starting their self-defense journey. We provide: * **Safe Training Spaces:** Professional, well-ventilated mats that allow for high-impact drills and floor-based escape techniques. * **Weaponry & Equipment:** A dedicated space for Kobudo training where we keep traditional weapons available for our students. * **A Proven Environment:** This is where our instructors are trained and where our students learn the synchronization required for national-level championships. We don't just teach moves. We teach a way of life that demands focus. If you are looking for a place where you will be pushed to improve and held to a standard, this is it. ## About OSK Federation I am Shihan Suresh Kenichira. I don't believe in quick fixes or shortcuts in martial arts. Every year, I go back to Okinawa to learn directly from the masters, and I bring that exact syllabus back to our Bangalore students. We are a family built on discipline, not a gym built on trends.
