For example, the Navratri ritual combines face, back, underarm, and scalp care into one session. You are not just prepping for an event; you are taking a dedicated moment to reset your skin health, ensuring the glow lasts long after the celebrations end. I designed these seasonal rituals to counter the rush that usually comes with festive planning. Whether it is the nine nights of Navratri or the year-end holidays, the pressure to look perfect often leads to harsh, quick-fix treatments. I steer away from that. Instead, I focus on ceremonial skin health. For Navratri, my focus is on multi-zonal maintenance. This includes ensuring your back is clear for open-back outfits, your scalp is refreshed to handle festive styling, and your face is hydrated for a consistent, radiant look. It is practical, clinical, and calming. For the year-end, the approach shifts to restoration. We use this time to focus on deep hydration and cellular repair after the year’s exposure. I use advanced technologies like HydraFacial and Meso-infusions, but they are always paired with my signature sensory therapy to help you actually pause.
