By including the upper back and décolleté in the treatment, I target the specific areas where stress, muscle tightness, and congestion accumulate. You are not just getting an extraction or infusion. You are getting a total recalibration of your posture and skin health. Most facials ignore the connection between your skin and your body. I designed this 105-minute Signature Ritual to fix that gap. When you lie down for this session, I address the face, neck, décolleté, and upper back as a single, connected landscape. Why the back? Many of my clients in Mumbai carry immense tension in the trapezius and shoulder muscles due to long hours at desks or during commutes. By applying enzymatic cleanses and diamond-tip microdermabrasion to the back, I clear congestion that standard facials miss. The treatment blends high-tech protocols with manual therapy: * **Face & Neck:** I use HydraFacial or Radio Frequency (RF) technology to brighten, firm, and infuse hyaluronic acid. * **The Sacred Touch:** This is the manual component where I focus on lymphatic drainage and tension release. * **The Result:** You leave with a glow that reflects both a deep clean and a rested mind. This ritual is for you if you value consistency and deep, structural results over a quick, surface-level polish. If you are preparing for a wedding or just recovering from a high-stress week, this comprehensive therapy ensures your skin is supported from the shoulders up. My clinic in Mulund West is designed for this exact purpose: a space where science meets serenity. ## About Shic Facial Co I am Dr. Harsh Shah.
