Today, that philosophy is what drives our expansion across Mumbai and now into Dubai and Sharjah, ensuring more students have access to the same rigorous, conceptual mentorship that helped me crack IIT. Growth is not just about the number of centers we open, but about how many students we can help find their path. Whether it is our academy in Mulund, Grant Road, Thane, or our new international presence in the UAE, the core teaching philosophy remains identical. We do not rely on rote learning or 'ratta'. Instead, we focus on building a strong foundation in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. ### Recognition and Methodology Our recognition in publications like Maharashtra Times is a testament to the fact that parents are looking for more than just coaching classes. They are looking for 'Zimmedari' (responsibility). When we announce new batches or expand to a new city, we ensure that the same faculty—IITians and experienced doctors—are leading the charge. ### Why Expansion Matters for You - **Consistent Quality:** Every center, whether in Mumbai or Dubai, adheres to our capped batch sizes of 30 to 35 students, ensuring personal attention. - **Proven Systems:** From our biometric attendance tracking to our monthly performance reports, you get the same rigorous oversight regardless of location. - **Global Mentorship:** Our expansion into Dubai and Sharjah allows us to connect with a wider network of students, bringing in diverse perspectives while maintaining our core strategy of JEE and NEET preparation. We are here to ensure that you are not just studying for an exam, but preparing for a career. If you are looking for a coaching partner that treats your goals as their own, you have come to the right place. ## About Shelar Academy I started Shelar Academy to be the guide I wished I had when I was a student. Whether it is our students in Mumbai or those joining us now in the UAE, my goal remains the same: helping every student find their path without the stress of rote learning.
