While other coaching centers focus solely on lecture delivery, we provide daily 20-minute doubt-counter slots before and after sessions and automated performance reports. This ensures that when you hit a wall in Physics or Chemistry, you get immediate clarity rather than letting doubts pile up into backlogs. ### Our Approach to Academic Success We believe the gap between a student dreaming of an IIT seat and one actually securing it isn't just intelligence; it is strategy. Our 'Featured' cluster showcases real transformations. We move students from a state of confusion to mastering the syllabus through our '3S' formula: Simple planning, Strategic execution, and a Student-centric approach. ### Why Students Choose Us * **Mentor System:** Unlike large-scale centers where you are just a roll number, we have a mentor for every batch. You get personal attention from experts like Mrs. Vrushali, who brings 25+ years of experience to our chemistry modules. * **Foundation with Clarity:** We focus on the 'why' behind every concept. Whether it is a Physics myth or a complex organic chemistry reaction, we avoid rote learning. Our physical booklets and Quill Plus app integration allow for rigorous testing and revision. * **Career Beyond Exams:** We recognize that after 10th grade, many students are unsure between science, engineering, or medical streams. Our seminars aren't just for coaching; they are about helping you choose the right professional future. ### Serving Mumbai We operate across key locations including Mulund, Grant Road, Airoli, Thane, Ambernath, and Kalyan. Every center maintains our strict batch cap of 30 to 35 students to ensure that when you ask a question at the whiteboard, you get an answer, not a waitlist number. Whether you are in Grade 8, 9, or tackling the Grade 10 boards and competitive bridge course, our goal is to ensure you finish the year feeling empowered rather than exhausted. ## About Shelar Academy I am Prof. Mangesh Shelar. I cracked the IIT entrance with an AIR-3, but my real achievement is the success of every student who walks through our doors. We don't just teach physics or math; we help you find your career path when you are unsure of what comes after 10th grade.
