It is our 3S formula—simple planning, strategic execution, and student-centric support—that ensures our students hit these benchmarks consistently. ### Our Approach to Results We do not believe in mass factory-model teaching. Every result you see in this gallery represents a student who went through our rigorous, small-batch training. With a strict cap of 30 students per batch, we ensure that every concept, doubt, and strategy session is addressed personally. ### Why Our Results Stand Out * **First-Attempt Success:** Nearly all our IIT aspirants qualify for JEE Mains in their very first attempt. This is because we integrate board-level understanding with advanced problem-solving from day one. * **Physics-First Focus:** We break down complex Physics, Chemistry, and Math into simplified lessons. For NEET aspirants, this means focusing on speed and memorization shortcuts to match the 200-question exam format. * **Beyond the Classroom:** Results come from consistency. Our students utilize our AC library for self-study and have access to our post-lecture doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no gap in learning remains unaddressed. ### Join the Success Story We don't sugarcoat the process. Entrance exams are demanding, and we push our students to meet that demand. If you are looking for coaching that offers more than just lectures—specifically, actionable strategy and a clear roadmap from someone who has cracked these exams themselves—you are in the right place. ## About Shelar Academy I am Prof. Mangesh Shelar. I didn't just teach these students; I mentored them through the same pressure I faced to secure my own AIR 3. My goal is to provide every student with the same roadmap I used, whether you are aiming for IIT, NEET, or MHT-CET.
