We don't just celebrate our All India Rankers; we take responsibility for every student. My team and I personally ensure that even if you don't land a seat in an IIT or NIT, you are guided into a top 10 engineering or medical college. That is the Shelar Academy promise: preparation that leads to a profession, not just an exam result. ### Results That Speak, Mentorship That Guides When we talk about results, we don't just mean high scores. We mean clear, predictable outcomes. Whether it is an AIR 30 in JEE Advanced or a 100 percentile in MHT-CET, our approach remains the same: the 3S Formula. **The 3S Method:** * **Simple Planning:** We break down massive syllabi into manageable, bite-sized tasks so you never feel overwhelmed by backlogs. * **Strategic Planning:** You get a roadmap designed by IITians. We focus on high-yield topics and speed-based tricks for JEE and NEET. * **Student-Centric Coaching:** With a strict cap of 30 students per batch, you are not just a roll number. We track your weak spots and solve doubts individually, often right after class. ### More Than Just Coaching Many students come to us after being stuck in a cycle of repeats. Whether you are targeting JEE-Main, JEE-Advanced, NEET-UG, or MHT-CET, we provide the environment to excel. We cover the entire spectrum: from HSC Board exam practice to advanced physics tricks that help you solve problems without the standard, time-consuming methods. ### Why Students Choose Us We operate across key locations in Mumbai and Thane—including Grant Road, Mulund, Airoli, and Kalyan—bringing the same rigor to every classroom. My personal journey as an IIT-Bombay graduate with an AIR 3 taught me that success is 20% syllabus and 80% mindset and strategy. We provide the mentorship to ensure your mindset stays strong during the long two-year prep journey. ## About Shelar Academy I’m Prof. Mangesh Shelar.
