We are maintaining the same strict batch caps and direct mentorship model that we use in our Mumbai centers. Whether you are prepping for JEE or NEET in Dubai or Sharjah, you get the same '3S' methodology—Simple planning, Strategic roadmap, and Student-centric attention—directly under my oversight. For years, students and parents in the UAE have asked for the same rigorous entrance exam preparation we provide in India. Bringing Shelar Academy to Dubai and Sharjah is our answer. We know that distance from top-tier coaching centers can create a gap in preparation. Our goal is to close that gap. ### The Same Rigorous Standards This is not a franchise model. Every student joining us in the UAE follows the exact curriculum and testing rigor as our students in India. - **IIT-B Mentorship:** Students get the same strategy sessions and career guidance that I use to help my students in India secure top ranks. - **Small Batches:** We keep batch sizes tight so that no student hides in the back of the room. If you are struggling with a Physics concept or a negative marking error, we see it. - **Tech-Enabled Learning:** You will have access to the same Quill Plus app, performance analytics, and library resources used by our top-ranking candidates. ### Why This Matters Entrance exams like JEE and NEET are not just about finishing the syllabus. They are about speed, accuracy, and handling the pressure of the exam day. By bringing our expert faculty and our specific '3S' method to your doorstep, we remove the need to travel back to India for quality coaching. We handle the planning, the doubt-solving, and the motivation; you just need to put in the hard work. ## About Shelar Academy I am Prof. Mangesh Shelar. My goal has always been to make high-level engineering and medical entrance prep accessible, not exclusive. Bringing our academy to Dubai and Sharjah is about giving students there the same rigour, personal doubt-solving, and AIR-3 strategy that we have used to guide thousands in India to success.
